Tech week starts Monday-!
Everyone is called all week:
TECH SCHEDULE:
MONDAY July 25th Call at 1pm-4:30pm
TUESDAY July 26 Call at 1pm-4:30pm
WEDNESDAY July 27 Call at 6pm (PHOTO NIGHT FOR PARENTS!!!!)

PERFORMANCES
Thursday July 28th-opening night! 6pm call-7:30pm curtain
Friday July 29th 6pm call-7:30pm curtain
Saturday July 30th 6pm call-7:30pm curtain
Sunday July 31 Call at noon-2pm curtain
Cast party at 4pm

NOTES ABOUT Tech:
-Tickets will go on sale at 1pm in the small lobby. Each child in the cast get two FREE comp tickets (Ticket prices are $6 Adults and $3 12 and under)All seats are General Admission-NO RESERVED SEATING. Janelle Speer will be working tickets on Monday and will have a cast list to check your child's name off when you pick up your comp tickets.

-Parents who work the cast part and the box office will receive
2 additional free tickets
-Please have your child bring their costume and a healthy snack. Water is the only beverage they can drink in costume.
-Please no messy food that might ruin a costume
-Chorus members are asked to bring a silent activity they can do backstage while waiting to go on. ( No ipods/computers/Dsi or cell phone games)
-Cast members can have cell phones but they cannot text or be on them backstage.
-Parents are invited to watch the show Wednesday night at 7:30pm and take pictures-Photos will not be allowed during the show.
-We are looking for someone to video tape the show Friday night. Tim Key of Key Lite Video is taping opening night but since we have some roles doubled-we need someone to video tape Friday night.
-Parents are not allowed backstage during performances or tech rehearsals
-Parents are not allowed to sit in tech rehearsals in the theatre
-Tech rehearsals go until 4:30pm
-T-shirts will be in the week of tech
-We move to the nightlife on Weds 6pm-NO DAY TECH ON THIS DAY

1:20 Vocal warm-ups
1:30-2pm Work trouble spots
2pm start show
3pm ten minute intermission
3:10-3:50 Act 2
3:50-4:20 Notes
4:20-4:30 get out of costumes-dismiss
